The Projects Department of the United Church of Zambia plays a key role in the stewardship, development, and management of Church property and infrastructure. Headed by Mr. Chrispin Mwilu, the department is responsible for overseeing UCZ land and all development projects, ensuring that they are managed in a professional, transparent, and sustainable manner.
Working closely with the department is Mr. Abel Kafunda, the UCZ Surveyor, who provides technical expertise in land surveying, boundary verification, and land documentation. Together, the team safeguards Church land assets and supports orderly planning and development across congregations, institutions, and missions.
Through careful planning, monitoring, and coordination, the Projects Department ensures that UCZ development initiatives align with the Church’s vision and mission, supporting growth while protecting the integrity of Church property for present and future generations.
